Maria D. Davila v. Medline Industries, Inc. and Jose M. Ochoa d/b/a Ochoa’s Medical Equipment
Jaime A. Saenz of the firm representing Ochoa’s Medical Equipment, was one of two defense counsel for the two aligned defendants in this lawsuit alleging that the plaintiff’s fall during a chair to bed transfer utilizing a Medline walker, cause of a fractured hip, was the result of an alleged defect in the walker.
